    A defanite hidden gem here in Tulare. Just passing thru and stumbled upon this place. Loveing it. No frills n thrills, just a lot of dam good food. Service was fast n friendly in this well mannered, clean restaurant. The giant soda cups are a plus. Not badly priced. I noticed people ordered a dinner number item and shares cuz the portions were so large. Now thats what I'm talking about!

    I've eaten in many Chinese restaurants from coast to coast and all over Chinatown in SF. Best Chinese food I've ever had is at Tony's at the China Inn. The flavors of every dish are distinct. The service is fab! Never disappointed.

    Let me start by saying that customer service was the best. Was treated with much respect and were very nice. The restaurant is a good size for the town and it looks okay. The food was not great at all rice was very dry. I got the Number 5 and it was not good my two friends got orange chicken and sweet sour chicken and it tasted like they just put food dye and a liquify sauce over it. I would not recommend for anyone stopping by this town. Will hurt your stomach. To end it I paid cash my friend paid card they ended up switching our receipts and did the wrong transaction. Feel bad for the sweet servers having to serve this shitty food

    Orange chicken was great noodles where over cooked the rice was okay as soon as you walk in restaurant has a bad odor to it the fish aquarium looks really filthy

    Beef with noodles over oyster sauce was dry. Would have rather just bought Panda Express.  I will never go here again
